How information moves between your browser, account and supplier conversations.
Account and inquiry information
We store account details, saved manufacturers, inquiry requirements, attachments and conversation history so the service can operate. An inquiry is available to its buyer, the relevant approved manufacturer account and authorized platform operators. Suppliers do not see another supplier’s private conversation.
Operational records
Registration, submissions and administrative actions may include IP address, browser information, language and a timezone provided by your browser. Unknown location information remains unknown. Private source records are kept separate from the public directory.
Browser storage and analytics
Your browser can store a shortlist and draft. Essential session cookies support sign-in and form security. When configured, optional Google Analytics and 51.LA analytics load only after permission and may receive browser, page URL and usage information; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected by this implementation. You can change analytics preferences below or clear browser storage.
Email and external services
Transactional messages are queued for account and inquiry events. Where invitation tracking is enabled, image loads or tracked-link requests are signals only and do not establish human readership. When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information to create or access your buyer account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files. Google sign-in tokens are used during authentication and are not saved for ongoing access. Analytics operates separately according to your analytics preferences.
Data requests
Use the contact form to request a correction, account-data review or deletion of your account data. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for security, dispute handling or legal obligations. Do not send passwords or confidential production information in public profile text.
