SINEE

Motor-drive manufacturing, automated tests and pressure-controlled pumping.

SINEE is the motor-drive and control brand of Shenzhen SINE Electric Co., Ltd., established in 2003. Its company brochure describes production testing of circuit assemblies and complete drives, alongside separate electrical, motor-performance and environmental laboratories. The EM730 range adds a practical application focus: open-loop motor control and a single-pump pressure-control macro with distinct sleep and wake-up logic.

Company identity behind the brand

The corporate profile names Shenzhen SINE Electric Co., Ltd. and describes research, production and sales of motor-drive and control systems for industrial automation. The history records its 2021 Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Board listing. The 25 October 2025 exchange disclosure identifies 深圳市正弦电气股份有限公司 and securities code 688395, providing a separate public-company record for the manufacturer behind the SINEE brand.[1][6]

02

Shenzhen headquarters, a Wuhan production base, and automated testing.

The August 2025 corporate file connects the operation footprint with PCBA and finished-product testing.

Different locations, different operating roles

The brochure describes research, production and service bases in Shenzhen, Wuhan, Suzhou and Wuxi. Its business-distribution map labels Wuhan as the production base, Shenzhen as headquarters and Wuxi as a branch. The contact page of that file names the Wuhan company at 82 Gaoxin Fifth Road and the Shenzhen headquarters at Runzhi R&D Center. This gives a purchaser a useful distinction between the corporate contact and the production operation when defining order responsibility.[4]

Circuit assemblies and complete drives have test stages

The supply-chain section describes self-developed automatic test equipment, or ATE, used for both PCBA and complete-machine testing. Its production illustrations show surface-mount equipment and a separate assembled-product line. The surrounding account covers planning, manufacturing coordination, digital warehousing and logistics. For an order requiring traceability, the relevant discussion is how the proposed model and production lot connect to its inspection and test records.[4]

03

Electrical performance and environmental work are separate test scopes.

Printed pages 13–14 of the company brochure name the facilities and their different responsibilities.

Components, motors and communication

The device laboratory lists transistor analysis, LCR simulation/analysis and device-level examination. The function/performance laboratory names permanent-magnet and asynchronous-motor test platforms, basic-function testing and multi-machine communication testing. Those facilities relate component behaviour to complete motor-control systems. A project requiring a particular motor or network can ask which model-specific test scope is included in the proposed engineering handover.[4]

Electrical safety and simulated environments

The EMC/safety laboratory lists withstand-voltage, insulation, impulse, overload, mechanical and short-circuit tests. A separate simulated-environment laboratory covers high/low temperature, humidity, corrosion and dust. These are different investigation areas, not sequential assembly stations. The brochure’s list provides a basis for asking about the applicable test method and configuration for a difficult cabinet or site environment.[4]

EM730 selection starts with a complete model and its duty current.

Two entries from table 1-1 of the June 2021 V100 guide show why the kW label alone is insufficient.

Motor version and control mode

The V100 guide identifies EM730 for asynchronous motors and a non-standard EM730 version for permanent-magnet synchronous motors. It describes VVF and sensorless vector control, speed and torque outputs, and optional Wi-Fi or serial access for commissioning. The current web page presents the family as a general open-loop drive with Modbus RTU. A permanent-magnet enquiry should retain the ordered variant and its applicable guide, rather than assuming the family name alone defines the configuration.[2][3]

Temperature ratings include installation conditions

The guide’s introductory feature list describes operation at 50°C without derating, while its installation chapter specifies ventilation and enclosure-related requirements. Its altitude notes require derating above 1,000 metres and give a separate thermal derating rule above 50°C. For a cabinet installation, use those conditions together: motor current, selected duty, temperature around the drive, altitude and cooling arrangement belong to the same selection record.[3]

05

A single-pump macro that sleeps on frequency and wakes on pressure.

SINEE publishes this as an EM730 application function. It describes control behaviour rather than a named customer’s measured result.

Pressure demand controls the restart

The application description separates two signals: frequency determines sleep, while pressure determines awakening. It also names an over-pressure alarm and PID-feedback disconnection protection. For a pumping project, the brief can therefore define the sensor, pressure setpoint, sleep condition, wake-up pressure and loss-of-feedback response. These choices should reflect the hydraulic system and be verified during commissioning rather than copied from another installation.[5]

The operator sees pressure and electrical status

After choosing the water-supply macro, the page lists output frequency, pressure setpoint, pressure feedback, output current and the AI2 analogue-feedback value among the displayed states. It describes switching between those states and adjusting the pressure reference with the panel’s rotary control. That is useful at handover: agree the displayed pressure unit and scaling, which values the operator needs to monitor and how the accepted setpoint is retained.[5]

06

Feedback drives, servo axes and controller hardware remain separate products.

The company brochure lets a machine builder identify which part of the system is actually being quoted.

An EM730 drive is one component of a possible system

The August 2025 product network places inverters and servo drives alongside SMC300 controllers, SMC200 PLCs, motors, HMIs, software and accessories. Its EM760 description names PG-feedback and bus-expansion options, while EM730 is described around open-loop speed control. The same network lists EM730-PV as a solar-pump product. A mains-powered single-pump pressure application, a feedback-controlled motor and a solar-input system consequently need their own named product and document set.[4][5]

Preserve the accepted configuration

For a replacement EM730, record the full model, duty current, motor version, parameter backup and control connections. For the pump macro, add the pressure sensor range and signal scaling, sleep/wake logic and fault response. Where a controller or servo axis is included, show its separate role in the machine architecture. This makes the comparison between offers practical: the purchased hardware and the commissioning deliverables describe the same operating task.[3][4][5]

Buyer questions

What does SINEE’s ATE description cover?

The August 2025 company brochure describes self-developed automatic test equipment for both circuit-board assemblies (PCBA) and complete products.

How is EM730-7R5-3B rated in the V100 guide?

Table 1-1 lists 7.5 kW, 17 A heavy-duty current and 20.5 A light-duty current for the three-phase 340–460 V model. The selected duty and applicable revision belong with the order.

Does the EM730 pump macro wake up on frequency?

The published solution says sleep is determined by frequency and awakening by pressure. It also identifies over-pressure and PID-feedback disconnection functions.

Can I assume every EM730 is the same permanent-magnet configuration?

The June 2021 V100 guide distinguishes the asynchronous-motor EM730 from a non-standard permanent-magnet version. Confirm the offered variant and its current documentation.
